Wellness Collaborative
104 W. 12TH, SUITE B

When you call or email to schedule an appointment, the doctor will ask for some information on what type of help you are seeking. She will also answer any questions you have. After setting a time for your first appointment, the doctor will send you a link to her secure client portal where you can review the consent forms and complete an intake questionnaire prior to coming to your first appointment. She will go over the policies and consent information in the session and answer any questions you have about the forms.

We are located on the 2nd floor of the building in Suite B, which is on the left of the restrooms. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow you time to find the building. A parking lot is available on the south side of the building near the blue glass panels. The entrance to the parking lot is on Yale Street. There is also parking on 12th street on the north side of the building.

Treatment begins with a thorough assessment of your concerns.

For couples therapy, the intake process includes a joint assessment session as well as an individual session for each partner. Couples complete a comprehensive evaluation that will point to the strengths of the relationship as well as identify problems that can be addressed in treatment.

Dr. Wright’s fee is $300 for 50 min session, which includes intersession consultation at no extra cost.

Dr. Spiller’s fee is $250 for a 50 minute individual session and $375 for a 75 minute couples session.

Wellness Collaborative does not take insurance.  We will provide you a superbill invoice that can be used to file for out-of-network benefits.

Often insurance companies do not cover couples or family therapy. When couples therapy is a covered benefit, typically there must be an identified patient with a diagnosis that makes the therapy medically necessary. We advise checking with your insurance before beginning couples therapy to see what type of reimbursement you can expect.  Ask if the plan covers CPT code 90847 for a client with a diagnosis.

If you are eligible for out of network benefits, the app Better is an easy way to get reimbursed by your insurance company for your out of pocket expenses.  Use the Better app to take a picture of you’re the bill and submit your claim. Better handles the claim from there and pays you after it’s processed. Better charges 10% of the money you get paid back. If your claim is not covered by your insurance or is applied to your deductible, Better is free to use.
